In many cases, the problems of your ElementCheck Mobile instrument can be diagnosed from a distance by using the built-in device-report feature of the ElementCheck Connect software and a solution can be provided right away.

IMPORTANT: please send your instrument to LUTECO only after you have been requested to do so. We will then have a closer look at the instrument and provide a quotation for repair at reasonable condtions.
